Excellent customer service!

Using this on iPhone 6+. Interface is clean and light. Really like the ability to send a bug report. On first use of the app I launched my demo and couldn’t get out of the three-finger tap to escape. Under major pressure for a project, I send a bug note and got a response IMMEDIATELY. What? YES! Immediately. Wow. We went back and forth and they resolved the issue patiently, and quickly. Not a problem with the app, just needed to turn off zoom on my phone. Stars are for customer service! Still need to work with the app a bit more before giving a functionality review but these guys are on the right track :)
