Marvel - Design and Prototype App Reviews

Ive been using marvel to prototype an apple watch app on my apple watch. From my understanding its the only prototyping machine that will actually allow me to prototype directly on the watch so kudos to that. However it is only clickable and it really would be ideal if swipes can be added like in the Pop app. The software has also been buggy and slow. I know its early with the apple watch but hopefully these features expand. For the time being it gets the job done but in a rough way.

This app is great to quickly sketch something out and link the screens together. It would be better if you had access to gesture settings, and others that are currently in the web app but not in this one.

Great use of the gestures. This app is just where all apps will be in a year or 2. Well done!

Extremely quick to get a prototype going. Team is quick to respond to any issues or questions. Excited to test the new user research features.

I can create interactive prototypes very quickly and show to clients on the go.

The embed feature is extremely useful!

I have tried so many prototype apps, and Marvel has become one of my main tools. So quick and easy to link together pages, and quickly share out. My team is about 6 people and works great for us.

Could be fast app prototyping at its finest! Super simple, looks great. But after an hour of building my prototype the app started crashing and then my project was gone. I wonder if that means my app wont work. Garbage until developer fixes stability

Users can do much better if some sample projects are included.

This app is amazing. As a designer it helps me so much. Makes my life easier and awesomer

Do not develop anything before prototyping it on Marvel! You can also video-record your testers, it saves you a lot of time (and pain)

What do you mean only 10 screen per project. If Im looking forward to test more buttons interactions its pretty obvious Ill have to work with a lil more screens than a common prototype. Not saying about the amount of crashes too, too many errors and pop-ups msgs screwing up with the whole use of it. At least you guys started with a pretty good idea and brought some pretty sweet design to it. Improve it and people wont be complaining.

Im a hero at work because my interactive work looks so much better when you can play with it.

I do not see a splash screen, upon launching there is a pause of a few seconds and then a black screen and then it goes back to iOS. I have not used the app in a while and have not logged into the website for a few months.

Have played around with the app for over and an hour... It really easy to use dispite all the functionality. It works well with my workflow because I use Paper by 53. Turning those simple sketches into programable experiencea would be awesome.. Making this app a daily driver. BUT! There are massive bugs, eg. in landscape mode (ipad) the crop screen dont "rotate." Suggestion, Allow us more screen variances, rather than that of just apple devices. Keep the majority of popular devices, along with this I would like to able to set custom dimensiones (or screen ratio), say a 27" UHD monitor (16:9). Keep up the good Work! And Im looking forwards to future updates.
